Read the selected balances together
A statement that keeps credits visible.
Choose an exact gallery and artist label group, then select the works you want to review. ConsignClear prepares a current-ledger text statement with each work’s identifiers, recorded reports, artist proceeds, entered payments and remaining balance.
Review selected worksKeep positive balances and credits separate
Suppose one selected work has a recorded $40 remaining balance and another has a $30 credit after a sale reversal. The statement shows $40 in positive balances and $30 in credits to review. It does not turn those into an instruction to pay $10 or automatically move money between works.
Preserve the warning beside the amount
Unagreed gallery/recipient reports and agreed reports that conflict with the financial sale record remain visible. A reported status does not create a sale or payment. Reversed sales stop contributing artist proceeds, while entered payments remain on the work.
Selected current records, not a historical period
The statement identifies the current local ledger version and every selected work. It has no historical cutoff or bank reconciliation. Omitted works may have other balances. Exact matching artist/gallery labels are a grouping convenience, not verified party identity.
Review before downloading
Changing selected works, switching workspace or updating the ledger invalidates the preview. The downloadable statement excludes original CSV, notes, operator identities, payment references and reversal reasons. It includes artwork identifiers and artist/gallery/consignment labels. Store and share it accordingly.
Keep the full archive
This readable statement cannot restore the ledger. Download the full archive separately. The statement is not an invoice, tax document, payment instruction, bank-settlement proof or custody confirmation.
